Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

This applies only to watches with a manufacturer-related mechanical defect, provided that the item is returned with its complete and intact original packaging, including the box, tags, protective films/covers, and other included materials.

Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, scratches, dents, or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for return.
