JC Watches Seller Warranty

JC Watches provides a 3-month seller warranty covering manufacturer-related mechanical defects, provided that the watch is returned with its complete original packaging, including the box, tags, protective films/covers, and other included items.

JC Watches also provides a 1-month battery assistance policy. If the watch battery becomes depleted within one month from the date of purchase, the buyer may have the battery replaced and request reimbursement of the actual replacement cost, up to a maximum of ₱500, subject to proof of expense.

After the 3-month JC Watches Seller Warranty period, eligible Invicta watches may still be covered by Invicta’s international service warranty. Any warranty claim, shipment, and coordination beyond the JC Watches warranty period shall be arranged directly by the buyer with Invicta USA, including applicable shipping or service requirements.
